Temperature Board Para. Setup

1. Press WBC Bath>query, the screen will display the target temperature of the WBC bath is 40.0 °C, and the current temperature.

2. If the current temperature is in the range of 38.0°C - 42.0°C, it means that the WBC bath heating system is operating normally.

3. If the analyzer reports “WBC bath temperature abnormal” fault, the current temperature you query will up to 45.0°C or under 35.0°C.

4. When the fault occurs, please restart the analyzer, the fault will disappear. After 10 min entering the main screen, please query the current temperature of WBC bath again and ensure that the current temperature is in the normal range.

1. Press Pre-Heating>query, the screen will display the target temperature of the pre-heating is 41.0°C, and the current temperature.

2. If the current temperature is in the range of 39.0°C - 43.0°C, it means that the pre-heating system is operating normally.

3. If the analyzer reports “pre-heating temperature abnormal” fault, the current temperature you query will up to 46.0°C or under 36.0°C.

4. When the fault occurs, please restart the analyzer, the fault will disappear. After 10 min entering the main screen, please query the current temperature of pre-heating again and ensure that the current temperature is in the normal range.

1. Press Laser>query, the screen will display the target temperature of the laser is 35.0°C, and the current temperature.

2. If the current temperature is in the range of 33.0°C - 37.0°C, it means that the laser heating system is operating normally.

3. If the analyzer reports “laser temperature abnormal” fault, the current temperature you query will up to 40.0°C or under 30.0°C.

4. When the fault occurs, please restart the analyzer, the fault will disappear. After 10 min entering the main screen, please query the current temperature of laser again and ensure that the current temperature is in the normal range.
